I had to chase them up twice just to get any movement on my refund, and even then it still took ages to come through. It really felt like they made it my problem to keep following up instead of just sorting it out properly.

Bottom line: I probably wouldn’t rely on this place if I needed to plan a full event. I went in looking for event supplies and ended up feeling disappointed with the selection. A lot of the things I expected to find either weren’t there at all or only had a couple of options. It made the whole planning process more frustrating than it needed to be. If you just need a few basic items, it might work, but if you’re hoping for more variety, it falls short.
